About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Standard Process Inc. is responsible for overseeing marketing operations, including project management, trade relations, and the coordination of marketing activities. This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency for marketing campaigns and initiatives, while leading a team to foster collaboration and achieve organizational objectives. The position requires a strong emphasis on process development, data analysis, and relationship management to support the marketing and sales functions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with content creators to develop and disseminate marketing materials that resonate with practitioners.
  • Manage administrative functions related to marketing operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing calendars.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Marketing Operations team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key trade associations and industry partners.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within the dietary supplement or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency with data and project management platforms such as PowerBI, IFS, Wrike, Salesforce, and Brandfolder.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team-building competencies, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
