About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Waites Sensor Technologies Inc. is responsible for enhancing marketing performance through data-driven insights and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies. This role involves leading marketing operations, focusing on automation, omni-channel marketing, reporting, website management, SEO, and analytics to maximize campaign effectiveness and improve overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to streamline campaign execution.
  • Develop and execute an omni-channel marketing strategy across email, social media, paid media, web, and other digital channels.
  • Oversee the management and continuous optimization of the company website, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and lead generation.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks to track marketing performance across channels.
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of the marketing database, including lead scoring, data hygiene, and segmentation.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance marketing processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through tools and automation.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, lead flow, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or other B2B-focused organization.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and other marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of omni-channel marketing tactics and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
