About the position

As the Marketing Operations Manager at FinQuery, you will be responsible for optimizing the marketing technology stack and refining processes to enhance demand generation efforts. This role requires a natural curiosity and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and develop solutions that align with the company's strategy. You will lead the marketing operations strategy, manage various marketing tools, and ensure data accuracy to drive meaningful growth across multiple products and audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing Operations Strategy by overseeing the day-to-day management of the MarTech stack.
  • Optimize HubSpot and manage lead data quality, including lead scoring and campaign workflows.
  • Enhance database quality through deduplication and regular data analysis.
  • Oversee seamless integrations across all marketing technologies to create a comprehensive view of prospect data.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to implement best practices across campaigns.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert in marketing operations, providing training and documentation.
  • Build strong partnerships with other operations functions to align goals and drive cohesive strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience within a B2B setting, preferably in SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing operations and CRM tools, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Salesloft and data intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and proven experience in managing marketing operations practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce, with Salesforce admin credentials preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • HubSpot certification is a plus.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms like Salesloft.
  • Knowledge of data intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo.
