About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Adtalem Global Education plays a crucial role in supporting the Enrollment Enablement Marketing team. This position is primarily focused on enhancing the customer experience through the optimization of enterprise solutions and technology. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the stability and quality of customer interactions, which involves identifying and supporting various initiatives, technology updates, and implementations that contribute to continuity and functionality. The goal is to increase throughput and equip the sales team with the necessary tools to achieve optimal performance. In this role, the Marketing Operations Manager will engage in strategic thinking and demonstrate strong project management skills. They will assess the health and functionality of systems, evaluate optimization and efficiency, and identify solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaboration with Operations is essential to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives. The manager will utilize analytical and creative approaches to condense large amounts of information into clear, concise, and effective presentations and reports. Additionally, the Marketing Operations Manager will test multi-channel acquisition programs and provide user acceptance testing for technology implementations. They will champion new technology and process innovations around the Enrollment platform, aiming to reduce lead costs, enhance the Prospect/Student experience, and streamline processes. The role also involves identifying and implementing technologies in partnership with IT to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI. The manager will drive and project manage initiatives across various institutions and departments, ensuring that activities align with the evolving needs of institutional leadership and marketing while focusing on process improvements and quality service. Documentation of processes, UX, and CX mapping will also be part of the responsibilities, along with compliance with all policies and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Enrollment Enablement Marketing team in optimizing customer experience through technology solutions.
  • Identify and support initiatives and technology updates for continuity and functionality.
  • Equip the sales team with tools needed for optimal performance.
  • Assess the health and function of systems, evaluating optimization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Operations to execute and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Condense large amounts of information into clear presentations and reports.
  • Test multi-channel acquisition programs and provide user acceptance testing for technology implementations.
  • Champion new technology/process innovations around the Enrollment platform.
  • Identify and implement technologies to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI.
  • Drive and project manage initiatives across institutions and departments.
  • Partner with Institutional leadership and Marketing to ensure activities support evolving needs.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, UX, and CX mapping.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Project Management or related field.
  • Five (5) plus years in sales operations, enablement, and innovation.
  • Advanced Excel, data modeling, and analysis skills.
  • Experience administering or closely working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in data visualization using Microsoft PowerBI or other tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking capabilities.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets.
  • Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models.
  • Related experience in contract development and management.
