About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing marketing operations technologies, facilitating change management initiatives, and overseeing project and production management within the organization. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring the successful execution of marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of marketing operations technologies such as Workfront, JIRA, and DAMs.
  • Conduct comprehensive training and development programs to facilitate change management initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing marketing operation efficiencies and streamline processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports on marketing operations performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Supervise campaign management, ensuring the organization of internal documents, reports, and creative assets to streamline workflows.
  • Manage project planning and resources to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to client specifications.
  • Oversee the entire print production process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely output.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with print vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement of materials.
  • Manage production schedules, coordinate with vendors, and ensure all projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Utilize project management skills to manage project resources and activities, including task and resource planning, project reporting, issue and risk identification, cost estimation, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role for 4+ years for an organization that has a national presence.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications including Workfront, Adobe Workfront, and JIRA.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing operations management.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience in managing technology-enabled marketing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.
