About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for analyzing marketing data, technology, and processes to streamline operations and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a solid understanding of marketing principles, proficiency with technology, and strong analytical and project management skills. The position focuses on workflow design, project management, and resource allocation, requiring a balance of strategic and operational understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data and technology to streamline operations.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work with CRM systems to report customer behaviors and preferences.
  • Lead the selection, integration, and management of marketing technologies.
  • Manage operational aspects of marketing, including workflow design and project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to align operational and business goals.
  • Train and support team members on new tools and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and manage data quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing operations or expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and project management.
  • Experience with PMP software.
  • Experience with marketing automation software, preferably Marketo.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Wrike or Agile Project Management certifications.
  • Certifications in Marketo or Salesforce.
