About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Agtegra Cooperative is responsible for optimizing marketing processes, managing marketing technology tools, and analyzing data to drive effective marketing campaigns. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with strategic goals, improve operational efficiency, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, project management, and a passion for leveraging data to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient marketing and communications processes and workflows to enhance productivity and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and analyze marketing and communications data to derive insights that inform strategy, optimize performance, and support decision-making.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies, including marketing integration with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Set up and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing and communication efforts and provide regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align goals, share performance insights, and ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and optimizing resource allocation for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance for stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Oversee marketing and communications projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication operations, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • English proficiency.

Nice-to-haves

  • A general background in the agricultural industry, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI) and reporting methods.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively and provide actionable insights to drive marketing performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • A passion for videography, photography, and graphic design, especially with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
