We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager. This role combines expertise in marketing operations with a passion for analytics, ensuring seamless campaign execution, optimal tool stack management, and actionable insights to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, LeanData, Salesforce, and Workato, ensuring tools are fully utilized and integrated effectively.
  • Campaign operations, including email marketing, automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient lead flow processes, including routing, deduplication, and data hygiene, to maintain a high-quality database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve marketing-sales alignment, including lead handoff and pipeline reporting.
  • Own the design, creation, and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Tableau, and Sheets to give the team a clear view of key marketing metrics and trends, enabling fast and impactful decision-making.
  • Dive deep into ad hoc analyses across channels like SEO, paid search, website, and event marketing, uncovering actionable insights that directly shape strategy and drive growth.
  • Shape the evolution of Gong's measurement frameworks-such as attribution modeling and MMM-ensuring our methods adapt to the company's growing needs while delivering sharper ROI insights and driving smarter marketing investments.
  • Find creative ways to streamline processes, automate tasks, enhance our tech stack, and level up the marketing team's skills with impactful training.
  • Create easy-to-follow playbooks and resources to level-up best practices and keep everyone on the same page across teams.
  • Support innovative cross-functional projects like fine-tuning lead management and building smarter attribution models to help drive growth and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing operations and analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), data orchestration tools (LeanData), integration tools (Workato), visualization tools (Tableau), and database tools (Snowflake)
  • Proven experience with campaign operations, lead flow management, data hygiene, and attribution models
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and pipeline analytics
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve system issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools
  • Experience with predictive analytics and advanced attribution modeling
  • Certification in Marketo, Salesforce, or Tableau
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus
