About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee and optimize marketing processes, implement technology tools, manage budgets, and execute marketing campaigns to align with the firm's goals. This role requires collaboration across departments and the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement in marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including project intake, creative briefs, and reporting key metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement marketing technology tools focusing on project management.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, oversee vendor relationships, and track budget utilization for optimization and ROI.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for marketing projects.
  • Foster collaboration between marketing and other departments, providing training and support on marketing technologies.
  • Identify KPIs and analyze data to optimize marketing strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Interaction) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Concep).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe suite and other digital marketing tools.
