About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at SCA Health will play a crucial role in enhancing the marketing strategies of the Specialist Management Solutions division. This position focuses on leveraging digital marketing skills, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to design and execute effective marketing campaigns aimed at empowering healthcare decisions. The role involves collaboration with various teams to optimize member journeys and improve campaign performance, ultimately contributing to the organization's goal of delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing Strategy leads to design, streamline and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journeys.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process issues as they arise.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, offering actionable insights for optimization.
• Build email templates, landing pages or other internal platforms within SFMC.
• Support other digital marketing initiatives outside SFMC including website updates and enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience planning, building, and analyzing marketing campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• At least 2 years of experience leveraging SQL queries to build target audiences.
• HTML and CSS experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with project management software, marketing automation and CRM software (ASANA, Wrike, Basecamp, Salesforce, Salescloud, Dynamo, Pardot, Campaign Monitor, WordPress, etc.).
• Knowledge of general website analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics a plus).
