About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Adtalem Global Education is responsible for supporting the Enrollment Enablement Marketing team by optimizing customer experience through enterprise solutions and technology. This role focuses on ensuring the stability and quality of customer interactions, equipping the sales team with necessary tools, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize the customer experience through enterprise solutions and technology.
  • Assess health and function of systems, evaluating optimization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to execute and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Condense large amounts of information into clear, concise presentations and reports.
  • Test multi-channel acquisition programs and provide user acceptance testing for technology implementations.
  • Champion new technology/process innovation around the Enrollment platform.
  • Identify and help implement technologies to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI.
  • Drive and project manage initiatives across institutions and departments.
  • Partner with Institutional leadership and Marketing to support evolving needs and process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, UX and CX mapping.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Project Management or related field.
  • Five plus years in sales operations, enablement, and innovation.
  • Advanced Excel, data modeling and analysis skills.
  • Experience administering or closely working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in data visualization using Microsoft PowerBI or other tools is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking capabilities.
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models preferred.
  • Related experience in contract development and management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in data visualization tools other than Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with contract management and negotiations.
