About the position

The Marketing Operations Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the operational side of marketing programs for a B2B social media community. This position involves overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The role is designed for a self-starter with a passion for process optimization and data-driven strategy, working remotely while supporting Pacific Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, focusing on process optimization, efficiency, and scalability within a B2B tech environment.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, governance protocols, and best practices while streamlining workflows and eliminating bottlenecks across the team.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, product, and events teams to align goals, share insights, and track program progress.
  • Work with leads across community management, governance, and editorial to align campaigns and scale processes globally across social channels.
  • Analyze data to drive continuous improvement and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing operations.
  • Act as a thought leader and internal consultant, educating teams on best practices, measurement frameworks, and innovation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years as a program manager or senior consultant, with a focus on global marketing operations in the B2B or technology sectors.
  • Expertise working with international teams across regions and time zones, understanding regional nuances and localization best practices.
  • Strong background in project management methodologies and tooling such as Azure DevOps; experience in large-scale marketing programs or campaigns is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr and proven experience in process optimization.
  • Demonstrated success working across teams (marketing, product, MarTech) and leading projects with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Skilled in using data to inform strategy, track KPIs, and report on performance, with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities while maintaining a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Global Demand Center or working with Social/ Marketing teams.
  • Expertise in managing social media programs in B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
