The Project Manager at Adtalem Global Education is a pivotal role that focuses on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of various projects that align with the organization's business goals and objectives. The Project Manager will track and document the completion of work plan activities, initiating efforts to advance the project as necessary. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, they will monitor, measure, and report on progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. The Project Manager will also be responsible for modifying tasks, sequencing, and resourcing as appropriate to maintain project momentum. They will identify and address obstacles, ensuring appropriate resolutions are implemented. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage project teams and related implementation activities, providing input on resource utilization and coordinating staffing changes with managers. Coaching and developing team members to achieve project objectives is also a key responsibility, along with providing feedback to team members as needed. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as the Project Manager will need to communicate project progress and issues to clients, particularly regarding changes to project resources, scheduling, scope, and delivery.
