About the position

The position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service to mid- to high-end guests at Caesars Entertainment. The role involves greeting guests, providing information about services and amenities, and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate will be responsible for executing service programs, promoting the Caesars Rewards program, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills to external and internal guests.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor during interactions.
  • Provide information about daily facility hours, promotional programs, and other relevant guest information.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide fast, flawless service.
  • Execute all service programs prioritizing service to top guests.
  • Check for guest satisfaction and resolve problems using the Service Recovery process.
  • Promote Caesars Rewards programs and assist with registration and membership.
  • Provide a warm farewell and thank guests for their visit.
  • Handle guest disputes and direct them to the appropriate authority.
  • Perform general duties including phone and computer terminal data entry.
  • Greet bus group arrivals and execute related tasks such as creating new Caesars Rewards member cards.
  • Communicate programs and services clearly to stakeholders and keep them informed of changes.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Outgoing and positive personality with a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer programs such as J-TERM, CMS, WORD, and EXCEL.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, all days of the week, and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Nice-to-haves

  • Thorough knowledge of internal comping guidelines preferred.
  • Ability to differentiate between various denominations of generic reel rewards.
