About the position

The Marketing Operations and Resource Manager at SEMA is responsible for leading production planning, workflow management, and marketing execution for the internal marketing team and business unit clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders while ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing plan production needs including accurate production timelines and end-to-end management of projects/deliverables through completion.
  • Lead organization and running of project management platform/software used by the marketing team.
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of creative development and production issues.
  • Oversee and supervise workflow management for all marketing projects and production deliverables.
  • Manage and maintain a standard operating and quality control process for all marketing support requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to maintain agreed-upon timelines and consistently produce high-quality deliverables that meet business objectives.
  • Support Account Manager and department stakeholders in the development and implementation of approved marketing strategies, campaigns, and tasks.
  • Develop and provide monthly analytics and reports on project metrics and resource allocation.
  • Lead bidding process for outside production projects to produce quality deliverables efficiently.
  • Coordinate fulfillment of marketing materials through various 3rd party vendors and delivery services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years job experience related to project management, marketing operations, marketing production, client management, and/or resource management.
  • PMP (Project Management) Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with various project management tools and platforms.
  • Expertise in set up, utilization, upkeep, and control of a project management platform (Wrike, Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc...)
  • Proven experience in workflow management and guiding marketing production.
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders with tight deadlines.
  • Strong written, presentation, consulting, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven, strategic, and highly analytical, capable of making metrics-based decisions.
