About the position

The Operations Resource Manager at CohnReznick plays a crucial role in optimizing marketing project resources and managing production efficiency. This remote position supports campaign success by ensuring effective resource allocation, both internal and external, and collaborates closely with project management to operationalize marketing plans. The role involves process management, resource planning, and data analysis to enhance marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow optimizations and collaborate with functional leads.
  • Prepare and execute resource capacity plans and schedules.
  • Document resource use and planning processes.
  • Work with project management to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Operationalize marketing plans in collaboration with project management.
  • Allocate resources to projects and address resource demands.
  • Research, interview, and present options for external resources.
  • Develop procurement, onboarding, and assessment procedures for external resources.
  • Maintain budget for outsourced resources and vendors.
  • Handle project onboarding and offboarding, including SOW and invoice processes.
  • Assist with regular campaign performance reporting and presentations.
  • Connect operations data sources into marketing program management dashboards.
  • Use data to forecast resource gaps and opportunities and inform process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant resource management or workforce planning experience, preferably in marketing and sales departments.
  • Ability to advocate for integrated resource planning and educate on new processes.
  • Experience with change management principles.
  • Proven ability to build, adjust, and communicate processes.
  • Ability to recommend tools for resource allocation decisions.
  • Advanced analytical skills to drive decision making using data.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Experience in building productive working relationships to drive strategy and process design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, including pivot tables and macros.
