The Marketing & Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting a specialty clothing line focused on personal safety and security. This position involves managing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and identifying promotional opportunities to enhance brand visibility in both domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Assist in creating engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and other marketing channels.
- Assist in identifying promotional opportunities and maintaining public relations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics is a plus.
