About the position

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Businessolver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand awareness and equity through effective marketing strategies. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing and have a strong interest in operations and the digital aspects of marketing activities. You will be involved in developing and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across various platforms, and analyzing the impact of marketing efforts on user journeys. Your role will also focus on automation and data utilization, leveraging new technologies to achieve marketing objectives. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, measuring, and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns from concept to completion. You will develop and optimize email campaigns, manage CRM data and automations, and ensure data integrity through careful management of new contacts and accounts. Additionally, you will manage digital marketing integrations and tracking, including UTM creation, and assist in optimizing the marketing technology stack. Your analytical skills will be essential in monitoring performance, assessing optimization opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement. The Marketing Operations Specialist will also take on various project management duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team. This role requires a proactive approach, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams within the organization. You will be expected to operate under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against goals from concept to completion.
  • Develop and optimize email campaigns, manage CRM data and automations.
  • Manage new contacts and accounts (imports and conversions), ensuring data integrity.
  • Manage and set up digital marketing integrations and tracking, including UTM creation.
  • Assist in optimizing and utilizing various marketing technologies, ensuring they work together effectively.
  • Monitor the marketing technology stack, measuring performance and assessing optimization opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations for the use cases of each marketing technology.
  • Perform other project management duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 - 5 years corporate marketing operations experience
  • 2 years direct CRM experience required (Salesforce and/or Hubspot preferred)
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports and managing data
  • Experience creating/optimizing email marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) preferred
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable being a self-starter, working independently, and creating concrete plans with input from various sources.
