The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of marketing strategies through data analysis and performance measurement. This position is fully remote and is expected to last until July 31, 2025, with a possibility of extension. The specialist will be responsible for measuring and analyzing performance metrics across various segments and go-to-market strategies, ensuring that the marketing efforts are optimized for conversion rates. The role requires a data-driven approach, focusing on process optimization and change management to improve overall marketing effectiveness. In this position, the specialist will succinctly summarize findings from performance reports and dashboards, highlighting the business impacts of marketing strategies and making informed recommendations for next steps. A significant part of the job involves reviewing large datasets for inconsistencies, investigating root causes, and ensuring that campaign creation is monitored effectively. This includes verifying that all fields are set up correctly for lead scoring and routing, which is essential for the success of marketing campaigns. Additionally, the Marketing Operations Specialist will support ad hoc data requests from Field Marketing, providing insights into the current state of the business. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working on multiple programs and can adapt to the rapid demands of a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a focus on enabling the marketing team to achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and analyze performance through reports and dashboards across Segments and Go to Markets to optimize strategies and conversion rates
  • Succinctly summarize findings and highlight business impacts, making recommendations on next steps as appropriate
  • Review large data sets for inconsistencies and investigate root causes
  • Bring a data-driven approach with an eye on process optimization and change management
  • Monitor campaign creation to ensure fields are set up correctly for lead scoring and routing
  • Support ad hoc data requests from Field Marketing on the state of the business

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing or marketing specialist roles
  • A self-starter who is confident working on multiple programs that require strategic end-to-end thinking and cross-functional collaboration
  • Deadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment
  • Comfortable pulling and analyzing large datasets
  • Experience building reports and dashboards to form actionable, data-driven conclusions
  • Excellent oral and written communication with an emphasis on enablement
  • Hands-on experience with SFDC, Tableau or related Marketing technologies
  • Experience working in the IT, Cybersecurity, or B2B Enterprise industry
