About the position

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Boca Raton, FL. The role offers an exciting opportunity to assist with CRM management, data planning, and the execution of both online and print marketing assets to achieve revenue goals. The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by ensuring that all marketing campaigns are effectively managed and executed. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various departments to ensure the success of marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing marketing campaigns within the company’s CRM system. You will create, update, and maintain online order forms and confirmations, as well as marketing polls and surveys. Collaboration with different departments is essential, as you will assign and track URLs, domains, and vanity URLs for each campaign. Additionally, you will maintain and manage marketing assets, create, manage, and update marketing reports, and support team members within the Marketing Department. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing operations and is looking to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage marketing support marketing campaigns within company CRM
  • Create, update, and maintain online order forms confirmations
  • Create, update, and maintain marketing polls and surveys
  • Collaborate with various departments

  • Maintain and manage marketing assets

Requirements

  • HTML/CSS coding (knowledge)
  • CRM/CMS experience
  • Excel reporting and SQL query skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably direct response marketing
  • High attention to detail and ability to audit own work for accuracy
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
