About the position

Verint is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to join our Global Marketing Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless request to execution process, particularly managing requests from the Americas Demand Generation team and the Analytical Marketing team. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Marketing Operations Senior Director and will work closely with the Marketing Operations team to leverage marketing technologies effectively. This position involves participating in project planning and supporting the team as a professional leader on day-to-day issues, playing a key role in ongoing and ad-hoc reporting. In this role, the Senior Manager will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable plans for various marketing technologies, including Wrike and ZoomInfo. The individual will maintain marketing spaces and request processes to ensure alignment between Marketing Operations and the AMER Programs Marketing team, while also considering the impact on other teams such as Digital and Growth. The Senior Manager will support marketing automation campaigns required by Analytical Marketing and the Americas Program Marketing, as well as social and paid campaigns, ensuring that all campaign assets align with global processes and tool capabilities. Additionally, the Senior Manager will assist with training related to SalesOS, manage user licensing, and oversee the setup and maintenance of AI Assistant configurations in Conversica. The role also includes ongoing and ad-hoc reporting related to system use, benefits, and areas for improvement, collaborating with Marketing Automation and Digital teams to ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of campaigns. Budget management and renewals across the MarTech stack owned by the Marketing Operations team will also be part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into actionable plans for marketing technologies.
  • Maintain marketing spaces and request processes between Marketing Operations and the AMER Programs Marketing team.
  • Support marketing automation campaigns for Analytical Marketing and Americas Program Marketing.
  • Ensure alignment of global and cluster campaign email series with global processes and tool capabilities.
  • Monitor segmentation requests and address concerns regarding contact segmentation overlap.
  • Serve as a member of the Wrike Governance Committee.
  • Assist with global training related to SalesOS.
  • Create and monitor Audiences and Workflows tied to Analytical Marketing programs.
  • Manage and monitor user licensing for marketing tools.
  • Oversee setup and maintenance of AI Assistant configuration in Conversica.
  • Review AI conversations for accuracy and performance.
  • Coordinate request intake for ZoomInfo and Marketing Automation tool development needs.
  • Develop and validate ZoomInfo Audience definitions and workflows.
  • Perform roadmap management for coordination with other activities.
  • Own ongoing and ad-hoc reporting related to systems use and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Automation and Digital teams for accurate reporting and tracking of campaigns.
  • Assist with budget management and renewals across the MarTech stack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a marketing operations/marketing management role.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing execution lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B technology, marketing, and sales framework.
  • Experience in marketing analytics models such as ROI, Attribution, and Mixed Media models.
  • Experience in presenting and communicating to senior business leaders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
