About the position

Verint is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to join our Global Marketing Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless request to execution process, particularly managing requests from the Americas Demand Generation team and the Analytical Marketing team. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Marketing Operations Senior Director and will be responsible for leveraging marketing technologies to their fullest extent. This position requires a proactive leader who can navigate day-to-day issues and support project planning, ensuring that all marketing operations align with the company's strategic goals. In this role, the Senior Manager will translate business needs into actionable plans for various marketing tools, including Wrike and ZoomInfo. Responsibilities include maintaining marketing spaces, supporting marketing automation campaigns, and ensuring that global and cluster campaign email series align with established processes. The Senior Manager will also monitor segmentation requests and participate in the Wrike Governance Committee, ensuring that all marketing operations are efficient and effective. Additionally, the Senior Manager will manage the setup and maintenance of AI Assistant configurations in Conversica, oversee user licensing in ZoomInfo, and coordinate request intake for marketing automation tool development. The role also involves ongoing and ad hoc reporting related to system use and performance, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of campaigns. Budget management and renewals across the MarTech stack will also be part of the responsibilities, making this a critical role in the marketing operations landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into actionable plans for marketing tools.
  • Maintain marketing spaces and request processes between Marketing Operations and the AMER Programs Marketing team.
  • Support marketing automation campaigns for Analytical Marketing and social & paid campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment of global and cluster campaign email series with processes and tool capabilities.
  • Monitor segmentation requests and address concerns regarding contact segmentation overlap.
  • Serve as a member of the Wrike Governance Committee.
  • Assist with global training related to SalesOS in ZoomInfo.
  • Create and monitor Audiences and Workflows for Analytical Marketing programs.
  • Manage user licensing in ZoomInfo.
  • Manage setup and maintenance of AI Assistant configuration in Conversica.
  • Review AI conversations for accuracy and performance.
  • Coordinate request intake for ZoomInfo and Marketing Automation tool development needs.
  • Develop and validate ZoomInfo Audience definitions and workflows.
  • Perform roadmap management for coordination with other activities.
  • Own ongoing and ad hoc reporting related to systems use and performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Automation and Digital teams for accurate reporting and tracking of campaigns.
  • Assist with budget management and renewals across the MarTech stack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a marketing operations/marketing management role.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing execution lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on task execution.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B technology, marketing, and sales framework.
  • Experience with marketing analytics models such as ROI, Attribution, and Mixed Media models.
  • Experience in presenting and communicating to senior business leaders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
