About the position

The Community Outreach and Marketing Coordinator will promote dispensaries across Connecticut and Massachusetts by engaging with local communities. • Set up and manage a branded tent at events; distribute coupons and swag items, and demonstrate how to use our website for pre-ordering.

  • Engage directly with event attendees, answering questions about cannabis products and promoting dispensaries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers and the Director of Operations.
  • Report on activities daily to the Outreach and Licensing lead and Director of Operations.
  • Track mileage and expenses using the company's easy-to-use application.
  • Create social media content and document activities for the company's marketing team.

  • Flexible work hours depending on event schedules.

Nice-to-haves

  • Enjoys talking with people and building connections.
