About the position

The Marketing/Outreach Coordinator at Celerion plays a crucial role in the marketing and recruiting teams at the Tempe, AZ clinical site. This full-time position focuses on street marketing at community events and health fairs to raise awareness about clinical trials and educate the public. The coordinator will also work closely with the Admissions team to assist in placing potential participants in future trials, making it an ideal role for those interested in event marketing and health information.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct street marketing at community events and health fairs to promote clinical trials.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions team to place potential participants in future trials.
  • Understand and define KPIs for social media benchmarks.
  • Schedule and plan a social media post calendar for various platforms.
  • Collaborate to create attractive and informative campaign posts and stories.
  • Design social media graphics using graphic design software.
  • Monitor all social media content, including posts, comments, and messages.
  • Track campaign performance and incorporate A/B testing methods.
  • Create digital recaps of outreach events for internal and external communication.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Spoken Spanish-English bilingual fluency required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and be comfortable on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • 1 year of sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience promoting brands/products on social media preferred.
  • Experience using Canva for graphic design preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
