About the position

The Marketing Planning & Reporting Analyst at Omnissa is responsible for developing, analyzing, and presenting marketing performance reports. This role supports marketing teams in planning key activities, programs, and campaigns, requiring strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing metrics. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and drive strategic marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources, including digital marketing channels, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain regular marketing performance reports and ad-hoc analyses to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in marketing planning, analysis, or a similar role, often in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in marketing campaign design & measurement.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g. Eloqua, SalesForce.com).
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial analysis in a marketing context.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
