About the position
First Horizon Bank is seeking a Marketing Product Analyst to evaluate and enhance the company's products through data analysis, market research, and user feedback. This role is essential for driving product strategy and ensuring that products align with market demands effectively.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance metrics and user data to identify trends and insights
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and features against experience and financial indicators
- Work with the CXI team to evaluate market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs
- Collaborate with product management and CXI teams to define product requirements and enhancements
- Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategic plans based on data-driven insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in product analysis or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain the technical to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with data analytics and familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and SOQL
