The Marketing Product & Brand Manager at Secured Investment Corp is a key role within the Real Estate Division's Marketing team, focusing on driving marketing strategies that align with high-growth goals. This position requires a skilled digital marketing leader who can utilize data analytics to enhance marketing initiatives for the company's diverse real estate and lending services. The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership to prioritize marketing efforts that support local service growth and new solution development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-channel initiatives, tracking performance across platforms to attract leads at targeted acquisition costs.
  • Use an A/B testing approach to optimize brand marketing funnels and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with divisional leadership to create a roadmap for marketing that aligns with revenue targets, KPI improvements, and product launches.
  • Lead the development of customer journey improvements, including digital content, email automation, and landing page optimizations.
  • Drive content creation that builds awareness and engagement, while supporting marketing goals and enhancing online visibility.
  • Partner with the Real Estate division's leadership to elevate brand visibility and capture leads for the sales team.
  • Manage content calendars, event schedules, and monthly newsletters.
  • Create and implement email campaigns, social posts, and landing pages.
  • Manage hands-on or collaborate with external agencies on Google and FB ad campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities for content.
  • Oversee metrics and create regular reporting on campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in brand or digital marketing with leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Google and Facebook advertising and analytics.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, and ClickFunnels.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including private money lending (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
