About the position

The Marketing & Product Management Trainee Program at Gemini, Inc. is designed for entry-level professionals to gain valuable experience in marketing and product management. Participants will take on key projects that align with the company's strategic priorities, working closely with various teams to enhance their understanding of Gemini's products and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of key projects that drive results for the business, including product positioning, messaging, samples, and pricing.
  • Execution of plans that support new product development, go-to-market efforts, sales enablement, and tradeshow initiatives.
  • Embedded in a functional area to gain a wide range of knowledge about organizational products and initiatives.
  • Provide strong voice of customer to all aspects of marketing and product growth initiatives.
  • Utilize project management skills to move projects forward towards goals.
  • Ensure product positioning, brand alignment, and accuracy of marketing and product content.
  • Create and modify standard operating procedures, documents, and product guides.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
  • Support customer service through sales enablement including technical training and sales tools.
  • Provide continuous updates and communications to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Provide voice of the customer and market insights to inform strategic plans.
  • Participate in annual planning, strategy, and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated leadership interest and experience
  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10%
  • Self-starter with the ability to set and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills through active listening, presentation abilities, and effective verbal and written skills.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to develop strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
