About the position

Nextant is seeking a Marketing Product Manager 4 who is customer-focused and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on product marketing within the cybersecurity industry. This role involves cross-group collaboration, market analysis, and the creation of marketing assets to drive product awareness and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical landscape and be skilled in messaging and positioning.

Responsibilities

• Partnering closely with engineering to adopt a customer-obsessed mindset and monitor evolving market trends.
• Delivering a compelling value proposition of the product through effective messaging and content.
• Creating marketing assets such as demo videos, blogs, emails, and webinars to drive awareness.
• Collaborating with other product marketers to unify the narrative of leading point solutions.
• Using market and competitive analysis to influence go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Working with the security GTM team to enhance sales enablement and scale marketing initiatives.
• Identifying broader industry themes and collaborating across marketing and product groups to create a cohesive story.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of overall experience in product marketing management (PMM) roles, particularly in the cybersecurity industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in core product marketing management roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.
• Experience with messaging and positioning for at least 8-10 years.
• Proven ability to create marketing assets like blogs and general content for at least 8-10 years.
• Experience working with product management and/or engineering product groups for 8-10 years.
