About the position

The Marketing Product Manager will play a pivotal role in executing strategic co-marketing partnerships within the gaming industry. This position requires a creative and collaborative individual who can manage integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand partners. The role involves working closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to drive impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with gaming communities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of strategic co-marketing partnerships, from initial concept through to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Serve as the operational lead in managing day-to-day communication with brand partners, agency collaborators, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate across internal teams, including licensing, creative marketing, and Partnerships & Lifestyle, to deliver world-class execution of partnerships.
  • Manage the detailed logistics and timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts to bring each partnership element to life.
  • Support partnership teams with pitch deck creation, negotiation and partner management, providing key insights and direction.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of social impact initiatives, collaborating with studio teams to drive strategic goals and measurable results.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize partnership performance, using metrics and insights to refine execution strategies.
  • Act as the primary executor of marketing-related contracts, ensuring business terms align with the partnership's goals.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Products team to create game-themed merchandise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading product or partner marketing activities, with a focus on strategic execution in entertainment, licensed IP, or consumer product industries.
  • Proven track record of executing complex, multi-faceted partnerships across gaming, entertainment, or tech sectors.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented project manager with ability to lead end-to-end execution.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar product lines and partnerships.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Experience in licensing and sponsorship deal negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present results to various stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Embodies a consumer-first mindset, balancing customer experience with business goals.
  • Passion for gaming and entertainment, with an understanding of industry trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
