About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Klein Tools, you will lead the collaborative efforts of various teams to successfully launch new products. This role involves creating marketing briefs, developing integrated marketing launch plans, and ensuring that product storytelling and sales tools align with the company's commitment to consumer satisfaction and quality standards. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for your product categories, leveraging your knowledge of the competitive landscape to drive strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products to market.
• Create marketing briefs and develop integrated marketing launch plans.
• Drive strategic channel and promotional plans to attract and engage consumers.
• Partner with media production and creative design teams to develop marketing assets.
• Manage timelines and workflows to ensure timely product launches.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns for new products.
• Own product storytelling and communicate product differentiation to consumers.
• Manage the creation and distribution of product photography, video, and digital content.
• Develop sell-in materials for sales teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Conduct competitive analysis and attend trade shows to identify market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Excellent project management skills and a collaborative approach to work.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Self-starter with a proactive working style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Monday, SmartSheet).
• Strong curiosity about marketplace differentiation and target audiences.
