About the position

The Marketing Product Manager for Extremity Care will play a crucial role in launching new product lines and setting the marketing vision for product development. This position involves collaboration with the Marketing and R&D teams to ensure alignment with market needs and organizational goals, while also managing project timelines and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide inputs to product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer preferences.
  • Develop deep industry understanding to create comprehensive messaging, campaigns, collateral, and training materials to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Lead sustaining projects for the assigned product line, including lifecycle management, product updates, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Assist with managing communication with social media strategy, public events, and meetings.
  • Build rapport & coordinate meetings with key stakeholders in line with strategy.
  • Follow projects from initiation to completion working closely with the Director of Marketing and stakeholders to help achieve their vision.
  • Assist in planning of new company initiatives such as new product ideas based on current and projected market trends.
  • Prepare reports and give presentations on project updates.
  • Analyze customer and client feedback to determine the next steps for a product.
  • Manage ongoing communications in regard to the lifecycle of our Aesthetics portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or relevant science required or 4 -8 years of proven experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • 4 years of experience in business management or related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
  • Technical proficiency and an understanding of the product development process.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and interpretation of market data to inform product strategies.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to manage time and multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiar with the manufacturing environment and validation procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with aesthetics and/or medical devices preferred.
