About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Klein Tools, you will lead the collaborative efforts of various teams to successfully launch new products. This role involves creating marketing briefs, developing integrated marketing plans, and ensuring that product storytelling aligns with the brand's commitment to quality and consumer satisfaction. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for your product categories, utilizing your knowledge of the competitive landscape to drive strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Creative Teams to manage timelines and workflows for new product launches.
• Develop integrated marketing launch plans and targeted marketing campaigns for new products, creating marketing briefs and delivering strategy to Creative and Marketing channel owners.
• Own product storytelling and serve as Subject Matter Expert for cross-functional teams, communicating product solutions and differentiation against competitors.
• Manage the planning, creation, and distribution of product photography, video, digital content, and copy with internal and external partners.
• Develop new product sell-in materials to enable sales teams and drive customer engagement with new products.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and attend trade shows to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management.
• Excellent project management skills and a collaborative approach to work.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to deliver results.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Self-starter with a proactive working style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high accuracy and clarity.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Monday.com, or SmartSheet.
