Westamerica is seeking a Marketing Product Manager to lead the development of three annual merchandising campaigns in collaboration with our creative staff. This role involves coordinating vendor approvals and participation, ensuring that our marketing materials align with our brand standards. The Marketing Product Manager will also conduct periodic reviews of the Westamerica website to ensure content accuracy and consistency, refreshing website images as necessary to maintain a modern and engaging online presence. In addition to website management, the Marketing Product Manager will oversee Westamerica's internal headlines, managing submissions and developing content for thirteen editions annually. This includes coordinating the review process and layout with the creative team, transitioning responsibilities as needed. The role also entails managing ongoing conversion activities related to the Elan Credit Card, ensuring compliance with bank and vendor requirements, and communicating periodic promotions sponsored by our vendors. The Marketing Product Manager will develop, manage, coordinate, and track periodic promotions sponsored by the Banking Division, monitoring monthly tracking reports alongside Sales Integrity, Compliance, and Complaint reports with the vendor. Collaboration with the WAB training team is essential to ensure that appropriate training materials are presented to employees. Additionally, the Marketing Product Manager will manage two to three email campaigns promoting credit cards annually and play an active role in preparing for Westamerica's annual Employee Recognition Event, developing write-ups on honorees and creating presentation materials. Participation in the annual repricing project team is also a key responsibility, assisting in the development and review of customer communications and editing customer collateral. The Marketing Product Manager will coordinate activities with the Training Department and Word Processing, develop required customer notifications and branch signage for closures and moves, and conduct periodic reviews of the Westamerica Marketing Communications and Materials Catalog. This role requires participation in compliance training relevant to the position and involvement in cross-divisional project opportunities when additional marketing resources are needed. Continuous learning about bank operations and systems is encouraged, and the Marketing Product Manager will assist the Department Manager as needed in product conversions.
