About the position

As a Marketing Product Portfolio Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and creating marketing campaigns that effectively promote the company and its products and/or services. This position requires a collaborative approach, as you will work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include executing marketing programs and tactics, managing simple projects, and analyzing the results of these initiatives to measure their effectiveness. In the initial weeks of your role, you will be expected to promote project actions by executing key portfolio decisions related to changes in the product portfolio. This will involve working cross-functionally to manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all established timelines meet the downstream demand for final information. You will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking processes, identifying any gaps, and clearly communicating these to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will partner with various teams, including global business, supply chain, and manufacturing, to coordinate key actions that support the overall marketing strategy. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing standards and best practices, as well as basic coordination and administrative skills necessary to execute marketing programs effectively. Your ability to handle requests from the sales force, channel partners, and customers will be essential in this role, as will your capability to gather and monitor secondary industry and market information.
