About the position

The Marketing Production Coordinator at LT Security Inc. is responsible for ensuring that product pages are updated with accurate pricing and information, managing workflow, and performing general clerical duties. This role involves coordinating with product managers and external clients to create promotional materials, including videos, and maintaining the company website to align with marketing campaigns. The coordinator will also assist with data entry, host webinars, and support the marketing team in various capacities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties to support Product Managers with sales communication.
• Coordinate with PM team and external clients to create promotional videos.
• Film, edit, and publish promotional and summary videos for products and events.
• Adjust the company website to match promotional campaigns.
• Assist with data entry for new products and update prices and promotions.
• Create and update content on the company website and other platforms.
• Host, promote, and schedule monthly webinars and run data analysis.
• Proofread company catalogs and review data guidelines.
• Take meeting minutes and coordinate with team managers to track deadlines.
• Respond to customer emails and follow up with department needs.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to respond to customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS coding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in photography and videography for product filming and editing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Chinese is preferred but not required.
• Experience in the CCTV Video Surveillance industry is highly desired.
