This position requires the individual to be proactive in ordering, printing, and delivering materials to various locations around the resort, often in challenging winter driving conditions. The coordinator must possess strong communication skills to effectively coordinate deliveries and ensure that all materials are presented appropriately. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for collateral and message placements, which is crucial for enhancing the marketing efforts of the resort. The Marketing Production Coordinator will also assist with various functions within the Marketing Department, including the management of on-site digital signage, copywriting, event support, and communications. They will be involved in reporting and maintaining project management and channel tracking reporting, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently. An ideal candidate for this role will have a broad understanding of marketing principles and be able to assist with a cross-section of marketing functions as assigned by the Director of Guest Experience Marketing. This position requires a high degree of organizational skills and quality expectations.
