About the position

The Marketing Program Management Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for enhancing marketing processes and workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to integrate subject matter expertise to drive business objectives. The analyst will evaluate complex issues, provide leadership within teams, and influence decisions that significantly impact project outcomes and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assess marketing requests and identify the best approach for edits to current creatives using self-serve content editing tools for Direct Mail and Email campaigns.
  • Direct external studio agency to make edits to collateral that are out of scope for the self-serve tool.
  • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive acquisition growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Identify and manage issues to resolution.
  • Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
  • Provide comprehensive input to creative development with an understanding of production methods.
  • Ensure proper terms and regulatory language are applied to creative assets.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
  • Implement test strategies, develop campaign schedules, conduct BAU auditing, and apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years' experience in marketing program management or related field.
  • Attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
