About the position

As a member of the AWS Product Marketing Operations team, you will partner with stakeholders across AWS Marketing and AWS service teams to create and implement programs and processes at scale that help us tell AWS's most important stories to customers and partners around the world. You will work closely with AWS subject matter experts, product marketers, and product managers to deliver programs that help maintain a high quality bar for marketing deliverables. We are seeking an experienced and skilled program manager to think creatively about how to operationalize new marketing programs. A successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems and is comfortable using data to make decisions. They need to be organized and programmatic in their approach, comfortable in managing multiple projects, and flexible in a dynamic environment. Strong preference for this role to sit in Arlington, VA USA, and open to these other locations only: Boston, MA, USA | Santa Clara, CA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA. Relocation offered to these locations only from within the USA only.

Responsibilities

  • Develop operating models, processes, tools and templates that scale programs across multiple teams
  • Use data and metrics to drive improvements and decisions
  • Drive collaboration with stakeholder teams
  • Manage reporting to provide program metrics to leadership

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
