About the position

The Marketing Program Manager for Global Campaigns & Programs at AWS will develop and implement marketing strategies for digital learning and certification products. This role focuses on optimizing programs, reporting mechanisms, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the integration of digital learning into broader marketing efforts. The position aims to support AWS's commitment to workforce development by promoting its digital learning platform and certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of quarterly integrated marketing plans and calendar based on business priorities, new content/curriculum, trends, and region needs/analysis.
  • Input into strategic marketing execution aligned closely with go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive ROI meetings by analyzing gaps to goals and identifying opportunities to scale successful initiatives in partnership with Product, Curriculum, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure extended marketing teams have access to self-serve messaging and assets.
  • Lead internal communication on integrated marketing for digital learning, collaborating with Campaign Managers and Product Marketing Managers.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze results, optimizing iteratively based on market behavior and needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting for demand generation.
