About the position

The Marketing Program Manager III role focuses on developing and executing training programs and engagement materials for onboarding and sales teams, particularly regarding technology partner integrations. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance training methodologies and ensure effective learning outcomes. The manager will also be responsible for creating resource materials and providing direct support to team members, while establishing key performance indicators to measure the success of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute training programs and engagement materials for Onboarding and Sales teams on select technology partner integrations.
  • Use proof points effectively underpinned by data to verify and improve training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary integration insights and stay abreast of the latest trends in technology partner interactions.
  • Manage the creation of resource materials, such as user manuals and walkthroughs to support learning outcomes.
  • Provide direct support and teaching to team members to expand their knowledge on integrations and product offerings.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assure the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Pioneer the integration product knowledge management and be the point person for guidance and support.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Program Management, Product Marketing Management, Product Education, or Sales Enablement - preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing scalable training & enablement programs in the tech industry.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for creating quality user experiences.
  • Proven track record of taking initiative, working independently, and proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks.
  • Quick learner with a passion for understanding products and technologies, capable of becoming a subject matter expert and translating that knowledge into effective messaging.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and able to pivot as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for a variety of internal and external materials, including sales collateral, email campaigns, training materials, and more.
  • Ability to build relationships, effectively communicate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales), gather necessary integration insights and distill complex information into easily understandable content.
