About the position

The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic planning and execution of marketing programs aimed at increasing community awareness and adoption of the IntraceptTM Procedure. This role focuses on developing and executing initiatives that educate patients and healthcare providers about Chronic Low Back Pain treatment options, ensuring effective collaboration with sales, reimbursement, and professional education teams.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the Chronic Low Back Pain market, trends, competitive landscape, and clinical literature.
  • Operate as the technical marketing expert leading area-wide co-marketing programs and market disruption strategies.
  • Engage with key customers to develop co-marketing strategies and manage execution of programs.
  • Analyze and achieve ROI metrics to develop data-driven plans and communicate results to internal stakeholders.
  • Expand the co-marketing menu of opportunities for education and engagement for HCPs and patients.
  • Execute Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) program education activities, including hosting webinars and supporting training programs.
  • Lead customer quarterly program reviews (QPRs) and develop marketing content for these reviews.
  • Partner with field and cross-functional teams to support national and regional customer Summits and local meetings.
  • Update existing materials and develop new customer-facing resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in downstream product management, program development, market development, strategic marketing, or sales.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience influencing customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced education, such as Master's or MBA.
  • Specific medical device experience (e.g., Spine, Neuromodulation).
  • Strong sense of urgency and successful track record of relationship development with commercial teams.
