About the position

The Marketing Program Manager at Heart + Paw is responsible for driving new client acquisition and enhancing client engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing outreach programs that strengthen relationships with pet parents, attract new clients, and build community connections for the company's veterinary centers. The position requires a creative, data-driven marketer with a passion for pets and at least 5 years of experience in multi-site or service marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through data-driven growth programs.
• Collaborate with support center teams to align marketing initiatives with growth goals.
• Create partnerships with shelters and community organizations to enhance local visibility.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to educate and engage clients.
• Develop scalable community engagement strategies tailored to individual centers.
• Manage local and regional media outreach to establish brand authority.
• Build strategies to garner awards for corporate and local centers.
• Support grand-opening marketing plans and execution of events.
• Assist with rebranding and renovation coordination for centers.
• Develop and coordinate marketing materials and collateral distribution.
• Maintain relationships with center leaders and support their marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site marketing or service marketing.
• Experience in high growth operations or startup environments (preferred).
• Experience marketing for multiple locations or centers (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Client-centric mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
