About the position

The Marketing Project Coordinator will manage the entire process of flexible packaging from ideation to finished goods. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient tracking and management of packaging inventory, sales forecasting, and SKU rationalization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient workflows for tracking packaging materials.
• Monitor on-hand inventory levels of packaging materials and ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with sales and product managers to develop accurate sales forecasts.
• Analyze current SKUs to identify opportunities for rationalization.
• Maintain relationships with external packaging vendors and ensure timely updates.
• Ensure all packaging materials meet regulatory requirements and stay updated on regulations.
• Work closely with finance to manage packaging costs and budgeting.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field, or five years of experience.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to packaging in the horticultural industry.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive, and MS Teams.
