About the position

The Marketing Project Coordinator at Senior Star plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts and enhancing the brand's presence. This position involves providing administrative support to the Director of Marketing, managing multiple projects, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the mission of enriching the lives of older adults through exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating marketing projects and campaigns using Asana or other task management software.
  • Maintain confidentiality across all sensitive company information.
  • Provide data compilation and analysis for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Manage brand reputation across all digital platforms, addressing concerns promptly and elevating patterns to the marketing team.
  • Handle the scheduling of corporate social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
  • Copy edit and proof all marketing materials, ensuring accuracy before distribution.
  • Coordinate and order print and creative campaign materials.
  • Organize special projects, assignments, and team meetings.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Support Director of Marketing and HQ Marketing team with daily tasks and ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Social media management experience preferred, with Facebook skills being helpful.
  • Resourceful problem solver with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the retirement industry is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing tasks and projects.
  • A team player with a passion for serving others and making an impact in the lives of older adults.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
