About the position

The Marketing Project Coordinator at Milliman's Seattle Health Practice will play a crucial role in coordinating various marketing, design, writing, and CRM-related projects. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate across departments to ensure that timelines are met and tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects including planning, organizing, and executing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring project documentation and regular status updates are maintained.
  • Manage the Dynamics 365 CRM software rollout, including data reconciliation, training material development, and user onboarding.
  • Coordinate product marketing efforts, including content publication schedules and email campaigns.
  • Assist in creating proposals by managing content and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Organize conference logistics, including booth setup and attendee schedules.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and copy-edit marketing content and proposals.
  • Draft social media posts and format complex Word documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or a similar field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in project coordination.
  • Strong writing skills with required writing samples.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with required samples.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
