The Marketing Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting conversion optimization efforts across various digital platforms. This position is designed for individuals eager to learn from seasoned professionals while gaining hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization strategies. The primary responsibilities include testing and monitoring new and existing landing pages to ensure functionality and identify errors. The coordinator will work closely with various internal teams to manage new initiatives aimed at making incremental improvements in conversion optimization. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to propose their own testing ideas, contributing to the overall success of the marketing efforts. This role is hybrid, requiring physical presence in the workplace at least three days a week, with Wednesdays being mandatory. Employees must adhere to the company's Hybrid Work Policy. There may also be occasional out-of-state travel for meetings or events that require in-person attendance, as determined by the company. The essential functions of this position include creating workflows for the optimization team to track project statuses, collaborating with Marketing and Optimization team members to test new landing and offer pages, and ensuring that updates and live pages are free of technical errors. The coordinator will also be responsible for reporting bugs and issues, ensuring a smooth checkout experience, and testing page load speeds in collaboration with the Development team. In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing Project Coordinator will project manage new web and conversion optimization projects, ensuring that all project tickets are detailed and progressing in a timely manner. They will coordinate activities between Media, Creative, and Development teams, set up systems for self-sufficiency, and provide status updates on active projects through emails and weekly meetings. The role also involves proactively reviewing high-traffic landing pages for any issues and placing test orders to ensure the proper implementation of retention marketing materials. Other duties may be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging position for the right candidate.
