About the position

The Marketing Project Manager for Creative & Brand Partnerships is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial brief to final execution. This role ensures that timelines, resources, and strategies are effectively aligned while serving as a key liaison between various internal teams and external creative agencies. The position focuses on overseeing project timelines and budgets, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring smooth delivery across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initial brief to final execution.
  • Serve as the liaison between Creative, Influencer, Strategy, and Marketing teams, as well as external creative agencies.
  • Create and oversee project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead review meetings and capture feedback for necessary updates.
  • Handle communication with external partners to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Anticipate the needs of the creative team to ensure seamless collaboration and accountability.
  • Coordinate briefings and manage communications between internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in project management, preferably in marketing or creative industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with creative agency processes and workflows.
