About the position

The Marketing Project Manager for Creative & Brand Partnerships is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial brief to final execution. This role ensures that timelines, resources, and strategies are effectively aligned while serving as a key liaison between various teams including Creative, Influencer, Strategy, and Marketing, as well as external creative agencies. The position involves overseeing project timelines and budgets, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth delivery across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initial brief to final execution.
  • Serve as the liaison between Creative, Influencer, Strategy, and Marketing teams, as well as external creative agencies.
  • Create and oversee project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead review meetings, capture feedback, and collaborate with creative teams for updates.
  • Handle communication with external partners to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Anticipate the needs of the creative team for seamless collaboration and accountability.
  • Coordinate briefings and manage communications between internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within a marketing or creative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with external creative agencies.
