We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Direct Marketing Creative Manager to join our Fortune 500 Fintech client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing content for direct marketing channels, including email and direct mail. You will act as the brand representative, driving strategic marketing goals and overseeing the creative development process from concept to execution. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively represent the brand and engage with various stakeholders. As the Direct Marketing Creative Manager, you will lead the strategic brand development for ongoing and new acquisition campaigns, as well as testing initiatives specifically for the Auto business. You will develop creative briefs and work closely with creative partners to bring business intent to life through compelling marketing channel creative deliverables. Your role will also involve serving as a key liaison and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Creative, and Legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies. In addition, you will collaborate with analysts to understand total business performance and build on analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing testing strategies around creative and audience segmentation. You will synthesize research insights, marketing trends, competitive landscape, and macro external factors to identify new strategic recommendations that improve results and enhance brand impact. Storytelling will be a crucial part of your role, as you will need to tell consistent and compelling stories about our products and services, championing our brand and enhancing the end customer experience. You will facilitate the creative to execution process, gaining a deep understanding of channel-specific executional systems, processes, and procedures. Your ability to influence internal decision-makers with formal recommendations and informal networking through excellent communication will be key to your success. Additionally, you will act as a steward for well-managed processes, identifying opportunity gaps and areas for improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing initiatives.
